Thermal Power

 

Having the capability of and the experiences in undertaking the design and construction of thermal facilities for large, medium and small scale iron and steel enterprises both at home and abroad, BSIET has 50-odd-year experiences and glorious achievements in design, building-up and modification of the thermal facilities for iron and steel industry, is experienced in general contract of evaporated cooling system of reheating furnace for steel rolling. The high pressure boiler using blast furnace gas only wins the international patent.

 

BSIET has got a number of high-level technicians, especially the engineering design of all kinds of waste heat devices and power generating facilities is in the leading position at home in China such as power generation by blast furnace gas, power generation by coke dry quenching, power generation by sintering waste heat, power generation by evaporative cooling of converter and power generation by saturated steam, etc.

 

In the field of power generation by blast furnace gas, BSIET in recent years has fulfilled the design of 10t/h-, 35t/h-, 75t/h-, 130t/h- and 220t/h-BFG boilers with various pressures such as low pressure, medium-temperature medium pressure, secondary high-pressure and high-temperature high pressure, etc. The matched power generating facilities include various series from 15MW to 50MW. In the year of 2010, BSIET completed the design of 150MW CCPP project.

 

In the field of power generation by sintering waste heat, BSIET in 2010 fulfilled the design of the flash waste heat boilers necessary for one 360m2 sintering machine and six 90m2 sintering machines for Shougang Qiangang Mining Co., and completed the design of a 26MW fill- steam type turbine generator set that was put into operation at the end of 2010.
In the field of power generation by low pressure saturated steam, BSIET in 2009 fulfilled the design of Shougang Qiangang 2x6MW saturated steam generator set that was put into production in 2010.

 

In the field of power generation by CDQ waste heat, BSIET since the coke dry quenching item for Shougang's Coking Plant was completed in 2000 has fulfilled the design of dozens of CDQ boilers and necessary power generation plants in recent years respectively in Wugang, Jigang, Baogang, Nanchang, Xinyu, Jingdezhen, Qiangang and Jingtang, etc.

 

In the field of power generation by steelmaking evaporative cooling waste steam of converter, BSIET in 2009 and 2010 respectively fulfilled the design of the screw steam generator sets that were put into operation smoothly in the steelmaking workshop in Shougang's Qiangang.
